RoleSec Terms of Sale (Enrollment Terms)

These Terms of Sale (“Sale Terms”) govern purchases of digital courses, enrollments, and related products sold by RoleSec, LLC (“RoleSec,” “we,” “us,” “our”) through rolesec.com or any checkout/payment page linked from our Services (collectively, “Products”). By purchasing any Product, you agree to these Sale Terms, our Terms of Use (/terms), and our Refund & Cancellation Policy (/refunds).

If you do not agree, do not purchase Products.

1) Digital Products and Delivery

1.1 Digital-only delivery. Our Products are digital educational services delivered online through our platform and/or third-party platform providers.

1.2 Access is conditional. Access is granted only after successful payment (or other confirmed payment arrangement) and is subject to:

  • your compliance with our Terms of Use and policies,

  • platform availability,

  • anti-fraud and account security controls.

2) “Lifetime Access” — What It Means (and What It Does Not)

2.1 Definition. If a Product is described as providing “lifetime access,” that means:

  • access is provided for as long as RoleSec continues to make that Product available on its platform (the “Product Lifetime”),

  • and as long as your Account remains in good standing (no fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, or Terms violations).

2.2 Not a guarantee of perpetuity. “Lifetime access” does not mean we guarantee access forever, or that any specific lesson, format, feature, instructor, download, or platform dependency will remain available indefinitely.

2.3 Changes permitted. We may update, replace, remove, reorganize, or discontinue Content, lessons, downloads, features, formats, or platform functionality at any time, including for legal, security, quality, or business reasons.

3) Pricing, Currency, and Taxes

3.1 Currency. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Taxes and fees. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, VAT, bank fees, wire/SWIFT fees, and currency conversion fees. We may collect sales tax where required by law or where a platform/payment provider requires collection.

3.3 Pricing changes. We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

4) Promotions, Coupons, and Discounts

4.1 Discretionary promotions. Promotions, coupon codes, and discounts may be offered, modified, or withdrawn at any time.

4.2 Restrictions. Promotions may be limited by time, quantity, eligibility, geography, or other conditions.

4.3 No retroactive adjustments. Discounts are not applied retroactively to past purchases.

5) Payment Processing (Third Parties)

5.1 Processors. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) and/or platform payment services. RoleSec does not store full payment card numbers.

5.2 Authorization. By purchasing, you authorize the processor to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes/fees.

5.3 Payment failures. If payment fails or is reversed, we may deny, suspend, or revoke access until payment is successfully completed.

6) Alternative Payment Methods (If Offered)

6.1 Wire/Bank transfer (optional). If we agree to accept wire/bank transfer, access may be granted only after funds are received and verified. You are responsible for all bank and transfer fees.

6.2 Invoicing (optional). If we agree to invoice you (typically for business customers), payment terms will be stated on the invoice or in a separate written agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of access.

RoleSec may refuse alternative payment methods at its discretion.

7) Chargebacks, Disputes, and Fraud (Hard-Line)

7.1 Contact first. If you have a billing issue, contact us before initiating a dispute/chargeback.

7.2 Immediate suspension. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may immediately:

  • suspend access to the Product(s),

  • suspend your Account,

  • refuse future purchases,

  • require dispute resolution and/or reimbursement before restoring access.

7.3 Abuse. We treat chargeback abuse and fraud attempts as serious violations of our Terms.

8) No Outcomes Promised

Our Products provide educational information only. We do not promise or guarantee:

  • compliance with any law or regulation,

  • audit outcomes,

  • certifications or accreditation,

  • employment or business results,

  • risk reduction.

You are responsible for how you apply the information.

9) Order Errors and Corrections

We reserve the right to:

  • correct pricing, typographical, or descriptive errors,

  • cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity,

  • limit quantities per customer.

If we cancel an order after charge, we will issue an appropriate reversal/refund where required.

10) Relationship to Refund Policy

Refunds (if any) are governed exclusively by our Refund & Cancellation Policy at /refunds and applicable law. If there is any conflict between this document and the Refund Policy regarding refunds, the Refund Policy controls.
