These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of rolesec.com and any related services, content, courses, and features provided by RoleSec, LLC (“RoleSec,” “we,” “us,” “our”) (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services are intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Services.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. We may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of sharing, abuse, fraud, or security compromise.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not:
copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share any Content,
attempt unauthorized access, security testing, scraping, automation, or reverse engineering,
interfere with the operation or security of the Services,
use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
We reserve the right to investigate violations and take any action deemed appropriate, including termination and legal action.
5. Intellectual Property
All Content and Services are owned by RoleSec or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access purchased Content for your own internal educational use only.
6. Educational Purpose Only — No Guarantees
The Services provide educational information only. Nothing constitutes legal, regulatory, financial, investment, or professional advice.
RoleSec does not guarantee:
regulatory or audit compliance,
certifications or accreditations,
employment or business outcomes,
risk reduction or performance improvements.
You are solely responsible for how you use and apply the Content.
7. Certificates
Any certificates issued represent course completion within the RoleSec platform only. Certificates are not licenses, accreditations, or professional certifications. We may revoke certificates obtained through fraud, misuse, or Terms violations.
8. Third-Party Services
The Services rely on third-party platforms and providers (including learning platforms and payment processors). RoleSec is not responsible for third-party services, outages, or policy changes.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROLESEC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
ROLESEC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
ROLESEC’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ROLESEC IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RoleSec from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
your use or misuse of the Services,
your violation of these Terms,
your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for suspected fraud, abuse, chargeback activity, or Terms violations. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately end.
13. Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except for:
claims eligible for small claims court, and
requests for injunctive relief related to intellectual property misuse.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that disputes must be brought on an individual basis only. No class, collective, or representative actions are permitted.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice, Terms of Sale, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Security Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RoleSec regarding the Services.
